Rob Krar

If happiness is crossing the finish line, Rob Krar is always pushing hard to get there.

Rob’s discovered incredible healing in running, as miles on the trail offer peace, therapy, and an opportunity to share time outside with those he loves. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the best things in life typically aren’t. He recently held the fastest known time for the rim-to-rim-to-rim of the Grand Canyon, and he’s taken first at several of the most challenging 100-mile ultra races out there. When Rob isn’t running, he’s supporting causes close to his heart, like the protection of our public lands. He seeks opportunities to share his experiences and expertise through training, racing, coaching, and speaking—and strives to remove stigma around issues of mental health through open, honest dialogue.
