Kristoffer Erickson

Hard alpinist lines, Unclimbed mountain faces, never before skied descents; Kristoffer Erickson has been making these achievements throughout his career.

By the age of 25, Kristoffer was already a world-class, all-round athlete having established a list of hard alpinist lines in his home state of Montana, linked huge ice routes in the Canadian Rockies and pioneered the first ski-descent of “The Shield” on Huascaran in Peru. With his professional career spanning more than two decades, Kristoffer knows his way around some of the harshest environments, with adventures on skis, rock, and ice as well as global wide from the Himalayas and Karakoram to the Arctic and Antarctica. Kristoffer credits his continued expeditions to his love and ore he has for exploration while getting to know the diversity that each mountain range has to offer. Currently, Kristoffer is an IFMGA/UIAGM mountain guide and professional athlete, while also taking care of his family from his home base in Chamonix.
