Terms and conditions for the Sweater Crew Socks (the “Gift”)

Each customer that purchases online (at Smartwool.eu / Smartwool.co.uk) Smartwool products above a threshold of 120 EUR / 120 GBP / 890 DKK, Until 14^th February at 23:59 CET, will be entitled to a free Gift. (Holiday Sweater Crew Socks - SKU SW0017001001 or SW001700A251).

There is a total of 861 Gifts available at Smartwool.eu / Smartwool.co.uk during the promotion period.

The Gift is available online only (at Smartwool.eu / Smartwool.co.uk) in two colours.

The gift is 1x Holiday Sweater Crew Socks, with Smartwool design and logo.

Each eligible customer is only entitled to receive one (1) Gift, such Gift to be given at the time of delivery for all purchases online. For purchases online, the Gift shall be added to the eligible customer’s basket automatically at checkout. Online users will need to select the preferred colour choice and size (according to availability).

This Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Promoter, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Promoter, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotion, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

This Gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the customer returns the products from the transaction which made them eligible for this Promotion, then the customer must also return the Gift.

Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Promoter, which is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Customers are encouraged to read these terms and conditions in conjunction with Promoter’s online terms and conditions at Smartwool.eu / Smartwool.co.uk.

Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion, to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel free Gift in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Promoter is not liable for, and you release Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.

Considering the specific nature of a GIFT with Purchase promotion, meant for sales supporting activities only, given to you for free; it is forbidden to ask a remuneration for this gift when transferring to customers with a purchase

The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. OFFER VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
